Drug counselor Erik Fleming sentenced to two years in prison for delivering ketamine that killed Matthew Perry
Erik Fleming, a licensed drug addiction counselor, was sentenced Wednesday to two years in prison for distributing the ketamine doses that resulted in Matthew Perry's death in 2023. Fleming was the fourth of five defendants to be sentenced in the case; he pleaded guilty in August 2024 and cooperated with investigators, leading to the conviction of Jasveen Sangha, the drug dealer known as "The Ketamine Queen," who received 15 years. Fleming's sentence was reduced from approximately four years due to his cooperation with prosecutors.
