Russia launches drone attacks on Ukraine after ceasefire expires

Russia resumed large-scale drone attacks on Ukraine on Tuesday morning following the expiration of a three-day US-brokered ceasefire, with President Zelenskyy stating over 200 drones were used. Strikes hit multiple regions including Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Sumy and Chernihiv, killing at least one person and wounding four. Russia's military claimed to have downed 27 Ukrainian drones over its own territory.
