DOJ files denaturalization actions against 12 naturalized U.S. citizens accused of fraud or crimes

The Department of Justice announced Friday it filed denaturalization complaints in federal courts across the country against 12 naturalized U.S. citizens. The individuals are accused of concealing criminal histories or committing fraud during the naturalization process, with alleged offenses including terrorism, murder, sexual abuse, and marriage fraud. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said those who misrepresented themselves during naturalization will face the fullest extent of the law.
