Vivek Ramaswamy won the Republican nomination for Ohio governor on Tuesday, defeating Casey Putsch with approximately 82% of the vote. He will face Democrat Amy Acton, the state's former public health director who ran unopposed, in the November general election. Sherrod Brown also won the Democratic Senate primary and will face Republican incumbent Jon Husted.
