A 69-year-old man identified as Seung Han Ho opened fire at K Towne Plaza shopping center in Carrollton, Texas on Tuesday morning, killing two people and injuring three others during a business meeting. Police said the shooting was not random and the suspect knew the victims through a business relationship. Ho was arrested after a short foot chase about 4 miles away at a grocery store.
