Australian author Craig Silvey pleads guilty to possessing and distributing child exploitation material
Craig Silvey, a 43-year-old award-winning Australian author best known for the novel Jasper Jones, pleaded guilty in Fremantle magistrates court on Tuesday to possessing and distributing child exploitation material. Police dropped charges related to producing such material in 2022 and one additional count.
