Secret Service agent arrested for public masturbation at Miami hotel
John Spillman, a 33-year-old Secret Service agent who was in Miami for exterior security at President Trump's PGA Tour appearance, was arrested on Monday after hotel guests reported seeing him masturbating in the lobby and on the sixth floor of a DoubleTree hotel. Secret Service Police Chief Richard Macauley called the conduct unacceptable and placed Spillman on administrative leave pending investigation.
