John Spillman, a 33-year-old Secret Service agent who was in Miami providing exterior security for President Trump's appearance at the PGA Tour's Cadillac Championship, was arrested on Monday after hotel guests reported seeing him masturbating in a hotel lobby and on the sixth floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport & Convention Center on Sunday night. Secret Service Police Chief Richard Macauley called the alleged conduct "unacceptable" and placed Spillman on administrative leave pending a criminal investigation and internal review.
