The FBI and U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey announced charges against four noncitizens—David Neewilly, Jacenth Beadle Exum, Idan Choresh, and Abhinandan Vig—for illegally voting in federal elections and making false statements on voter registration forms and citizenship applications.
