Human remains found Sunday in Tampa Bay near the Howard Frankland Bridge have been identified as Nahida Bristy, a 27-year-old University of South Florida doctoral student from Bangladesh who went missing on April 16. Her roommate's body was found days earlier; both showed signs of stabbing. Hisham Abugharbieh, the roommate of the first victim, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
