The Ventura County District Attorney's Office charged Britney Spears on Thursday with a single misdemeanor count of driving under the combined influence of alcohol and at least one drug. Spears, 44, was arrested on March 4 after being pulled over on U.S. 101 for driving her black BMW fast and erratically. She has since voluntarily entered a substance abuse treatment facility, and her arraignment is scheduled for Monday.
