A Pentagon inspector general report found that U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Antonio Aguto, who oversaw military coordination with Ukraine, left classified maps on a train to Poland for over 24 hours. The report also found he suffered a concussion from falling after overindulging in alcohol during a dinner in Ukraine. Aguto led the Germany-based Security Assistance Group-Ukraine from December 2022 to August 2024.
