A Beech F33A airplane crashed shortly after takeoff from Crystal Airport north of Minneapolis on Saturday, killing North Dakota state Rep. Liz Conmy of Fargo and the pilot. The plane came down in a park in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and caught fire. The NTSB is investigating the crash.
