European Court of Justice rules Hungary's 2021 anti-LGBTQ+ law violates EU treaty values
The European Court of Justice ruled Tuesday that Hungary's 2021 law restricting LGBTQ+ content in schools and primetime TV breaches Article 2 of the EU's foundational treaty, marking the first time a member state has been found guilty of violating the bloc's fundamental values.
