Three former FBI agents filed a class action lawsuit alleging wrongful termination for their work on Trump election investigation
Former FBI agents Michelle Ball, Jamie Garman, and Blaire Toleman filed a federal lawsuit on Tuesday claiming they were illegally fired in October and November as part of a retribution campaign for their work on the Arctic Frost investigation into Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election. The agents, who had 8-14 years of service, seek reinstatement through a class action that could potentially include other agents fired since Trump took office. The lawsuit targets FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi, alleging violations of First and Fifth Amendment rights.
