U.S. Central Command announces Task Force Iron Gate to restrict Iranian overland weapons and materials movement
U.S. Central Command announced on Saturday the creation of Task Force Iron Gate, a roughly 20-person unit based in Tampa, Florida, to restrict Iran's movement of advanced weapons, dual-use technologies, sanctioned materials and illegal revenue across its land borders and the Caspian Sea. The task force expands on a July U.S. naval blockade of Iranian Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman ports, which Centcom says has prevented Iran from exporting more than $25 billion in crude oil.

The split, in one line
All six outlets carry the same Centcom statement and Cooper quote; the only real split is Reuters's exclusive framing versus the others' straight announcement, with the $25 billion oil figure and 20-person staff repeated nearly verbatim.
