UK Board of Deputies votes to designate the Green Party of England and Wales as a racist party over its Zionism resolution.
The Board of Deputies of British Jews passed a motion at its October plenary declaring the Green Party of England and Wales a racist party, following the Greens' October 4 adoption of a resolution describing Zionism as racism. The Board said it will treat the Greens as it treats other racist parties and view parties cooperating with them as failing to take antisemitism seriously. Green Party leader Zack Polanski did not speak against or vote on the motion.
