Federal prosecutors charge six people in a Massachusetts marriage fraud ring

The U.S. Attorney's Office for Massachusetts announced charges Wednesday against six people accused of running a decade-long sham marriage scheme. Prosecutors say Jennifer Gonzalez led the operation, arranging 18 to 20 fraudulent marriages a year and charging immigrants up to $40,000 each. Five of the accused were arrested Wednesday morning.
