New Mexico Attorney General files civil lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein's longtime attorney and accountant over Zorro Ranch abuse

New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez filed a civil lawsuit on October 21, 2026 against Darren Indyke, Epstein's longtime attorney, and Richard Kahn, his accountant, accusing them of facilitating and concealing Epstein's sex trafficking operation at Zorro Ranch near Santa Fe. The suit seeks to block the two men, who are co-executors of Epstein's estate, from receiving payments from the estate and to recover damages for survivors. Indyke and Kahn deny any knowledge of or involvement in Epstein's crimes.
