Maryland man pleads guilty to vandalizing Jewish cemetery with swastikas
George Horne, 36, of Dundalk, Maryland, pleaded guilty in federal court to vandalizing 12 gravestones at the Ohr Knesseth Israel Anshe Sfard Cemetery outside Baltimore with swastikas and antisemitic symbols in July 2023. Investigators identified him partly through a tattoo visible in a video he recorded of the vandalism, and searches turned up Nazi memorabilia and white supremacist materials. The FBI and Baltimore County Police investigated; the US Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland is prosecuting.
