Three men including Rep. Nancy Mace's ex-fiancé charged with sexual misconduct offenses in South Carolina

Brendan Patrick Bryant, John Douglas Osborne, and Eric Bernard Bowman were charged by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division on October 14, 2026, with voyeurism, sexual assault, and related offenses stemming from an October 2018 incident. The charges follow a February 2025 House floor speech in which Rep. Nancy Mace named the men and accused them of predatory crimes. All three were booked into the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center in Charleston County and subsequently released on bond.
