Trump pardons two Alaska auto shop owners at midterm rally for Clean Air Act violations

President Trump pardoned Zachary Czubak and Patrick Fleming at a campaign rally in Wasilla, Alaska on Tuesday night. The two men had pleaded guilty in 2022 to conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act for removing emissions control equipment from diesel vehicles at their shop, Arm Rippin Toys. A third co-owner, Michael Hanzuk, had been quietly pardoned the previous month.
