French police arrested a suspect early Saturday morning as he attempted to ignite an explosive device outside Bank of America's Paris headquarters. The device contained five liters of liquid believed to be fuel and an ignition system with explosive powder. Two additional suspects were arrested Saturday night in connection with the incident.
