Two Latvian men arrested inside RAF Molesworth perimeter housing U.S. and NATO intelligence operations

U.K. counterterrorism police arrested two Latvian men, ages 32 and 36, after they were found inside the perimeter of RAF Molesworth, a base in Cambridgeshire housing U.S. and NATO intelligence operations. The men were initially arrested on suspicion of trespass and criminal damage, then re-arrested under the National Security Act for entering a prohibited place for a purpose prejudicial to the U.K. Police said there is no indication the incident is connected to a separate security incident at RAF Fairford the prior week.
