Teddy Young, 24, a Royal Navy warfare intelligence rating, was charged with two offenses under the National Security Act for allegedly obtaining protected information and preparing to disclose it for the benefit of a foreign power between November 2024 and May 2025. He appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on October 8, 2026, and was remanded in custody until his next appearance at the Central Criminal Court on October 16. Police stated the case is unrelated to the ongoing investigation at RAF Fairford.
