MyHeritage released a genealogy study finding that actress Sydney Sweeney and Marilyn Monroe are ninth cousins, once removed. The connection was traced through the women's fathers, both descendants of 17th-century Massachusetts settler Ezra Perry. MyHeritage director of research Roi Mandel said public comparisons between the two actresses prompted the search.
