The split, in one line
Coverage now splits eight ways: procedural accountability and leadership consequences dominate mainstream outlets; systemic indictment from ABC News and The Hill; international outlets emphasizing execution botch as protocol breakdown; PBS/Jerusalem Post highlighting recurring failure pattern; financial press focusing on independent review as remedial governance; right-wing outlets centering criminal identity over institutional failure; and Daily Wire framing through legal preservation and defendant rights.
