A U.S. judge pressed the Trump administration during a Thursday hearing about blocking Venezuela's government from paying former President Nicolás Maduro's legal fees in his drug trafficking case. Maduro's attorney argued that he and his wife Cilia Flores cannot afford legal representation on their own. Maduro and Flores were captured by the U.S. military in January and face drug trafficking and narco-terrorism charges.
