Puntland security forces rescued the oil tanker MT Honour 25 after pirates killed five crew members before the rescue operation. The Palau-flagged vessel was seized off Somalia's coast in April 2025 and was carrying approximately 18,500 barrels of oil. Sixteen suspected pirates were arrested, while others escaped.
