Democratic lawmaker files court motion to remove Trump's name from Kennedy Center
Rep. Joyce Beatty filed a motion Wednesday asking a federal judge to force the Kennedy Center to remove President Trump's name from the venue. Trump's handpicked board voted in December to rename it the Trump-Kennedy Center, with Trump's name added to the facade. Beatty argues Congress intended the center to be named only for President Kennedy.
