UK agrees to provide air-to-air refuelling support to Saudi Arabia against Houthi attacks

British Prime Minister Andy Burnham agreed to a Saudi request for defensive air-to-air refuelling of Saudi jets using one RAF Voyager aircraft for a time-limited period. The support follows renewed Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, including missile and drone strikes on Riyadh and the seizure of the port city of Mokha and Red Sea islands. Burnham announced the agreement while travelling to the UN General Assembly in New York.
