Former CIA Director John Brennan was subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida on October 15 as part of a Justice Department investigation into whether former officials conspired to violate Donald Trump's civil rights. The subpoena was disclosed by Brennan's attorney Ken Wainstein in a court filing on Monday. The lead prosecutor overseeing the investigation, Joe diGenova, resigned the same day the subpoena was issued.
