An Argentine judge approved a deal in which Patricia Kadgien, daughter of Nazi SS financier Friedrich Kadgien, agreed to relinquish her claim to 'Portrait of a Lady,' a 17th-century Italian painting looted from Dutch-Jewish art dealer Jacques Goudstikker.
