Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced he will block all future Trump administration nominees until the Fish and Wildlife Service reverses a Biden-era wetlands conservation policy. The policy restricts farmers from installing underground drainage tiles near protected federal easements in the Prairie Pothole region. FWS stated it would not change the policy at this time.
