Justice Elizabeth Raper of a Sydney court dismissed a defamation case on July 21, 2026 brought by actress Charlotte MacInnes against Rebel Wilson, finding that Wilson's Instagram posts claiming MacInnes retracted a sexual harassment complaint to further her career were not defamatory.
