Amazon Web Services Bahrain region disrupted by drone activity

Amazon confirmed that its AWS cloud computing region in Bahrain was disrupted due to drone activity, marking the second time in a month that the company's operations have been affected by regional conflict. The company is helping migrate customers to alternate AWS regions while it recovers from the disruption. This follows earlier attacks on AWS facilities in Bahrain and the UAE, and comes after Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps threatened to target US and Israeli-linked economic infrastructure in the region.
