US and Iran exchange strikes on infrastructure across Gulf region
The US conducted its seventh consecutive night of strikes on Iranian military and infrastructure targets, including bridges, surveillance sites, and a desalination plant in southern Iran. Iran retaliated by striking US allies in the region, hitting a desalination plant and oil facility in Kuwait, and targeting sites in Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq.
