Former Wisconsin judge Hannah Dugan sentenced to fine, no prison for obstructing ICE arrest.

Former Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was sentenced to a $5,000 fine and no prison time after being convicted of felony obstruction for helping a Mexican immigrant evade ICE agents in April 2025. U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman cited her public service and otherwise law-abiding life in sparing her prison time. Dugan had resigned from the bench in January 2026 following her December 2025 conviction.
