Oscar-nominated actress Valerie Perrine, known for her roles in 'Superman' and 'Lenny,' died at age 82 after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Documentary filmmaker Stacey Souther announced her death on social media Monday. Perrine earned an Academy Award nomination for her performance in 1974's 'Lenny' and was best known to many for playing Eve Teschmacher in the 1978 'Superman' film and its sequel.
