Ukraine launches major drone attack on Moscow oil refinery.

Ukraine conducted one of its largest drone attacks on Moscow since the war began, striking the Moscow Oil Refinery in Kapotnya for the second time in a week. Russian officials said air defenses shot down nearly 200 drones approaching the capital out of 555 intercepted across multiple regions, with the attack causing fires, flight disruptions at four airports, and injuries to over a dozen people.
