Trump conditions FISA Section 702 renewal on passage of SAVE America Act voting bill.

President Trump announced he would not support renewal of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act unless Congress attaches the SAVE America Act, his election reform bill. Section 702 expired Friday after the House failed to pass an extension. Democrats have opposed the FISA renewal in part due to Trump's appointment of Bill Pulte as acting director of national intelligence.
