The Pentagon updated its 1260H list of Chinese military companies on Monday, adding major firms including Alibaba, Baidu, BYD, and chipmakers CXMT and YMTC. The list now includes 188 entities and bars the Defense Department from contracting with listed companies. China's embassy condemned the move as discriminatory.
